About Our Company

Atlantic Realty, Inc. was founded in Orleans on March 17,1982. We began in a tiny one room office on Old Colony Way. Because of a strong belief in service to our community and integrity in all our actions, our Company has grown and prospered.

Our two new state-of-the-art offices serve Orleans, Brewster, Chatham, Dennis, Harwich, Eastham,Yarmouth and Wellfleet. We are proud to enjoy a fine reputation in these communities, and our care in meeting the needs of our clients and customers has gained us many friends over the years.

Lee Sullivan, CRB, GRI, is the Founder and President. Ms. Sullivan was licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 1972 and as a Broker in 1976.

Richard Eble, CBR, Principal and Designated Broker, joined the Firm in 1986. Mr. Eble became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 1983 and a licensed Broker in 1984.
