Ocean Edge Resort Rules & Procedures

If you are renting a condominium at Ocean Edge Resort, you are renting from an individual property owner who is a member of a Condominium Association. The Resort amenities, such as the swimming pools, tennis courts, and golf course are operated by a separate management company. Your guest privileges while at Ocean Edge Resort are determined by what type of Resort membership privileges the owner of your unit has.

Sports Membership With the exception of just a few units, all of our rentals come with a Sports Membership which entitles you to use of most of the swimming pools, tennis courts, and other sports facilities. Golf Membership Some of our units also come with Golf Membership. If you are not renting a unit with a Golf Membership, you will not be allowed to use the golf course. However, keep in mind that there are three other excellent golf courses open to the public within a 5 minute drive, several more within ten minutes, and literally dozens more that are easily accessible. Note that even if your unit has golf privileges, you must book your tee time at least 6 weeks in advance, and fees still apply. Click the link here for full details.
